Your Union Reaches a Tentative Agreement
After three years of bargaining, your union bargaining team has reached a tentative Collective Agreement with the University of Lethbridge that we are recommending to the membership for ratification.
In the very near future, you will receive an information packet prior to the vote for ratification. This packet will include all agreed upon changes and additions to the terms of the Collective Agreement, a schedule for two informational town halls, and the ratification voting period. Once members have voted on ratification, notice of the result will be sent out.
